As an experienced buy-to-let investor in the Bath area, I recently decided to appoint Thrings as my solicitors for the purchase of an apartment in Green Park, Bath. Lauren has, over the past two years, undertaken four conveyancing transactions for us, to a consistently high standard. The most complex involved the purchase of a property, part of which was in the possession of, but not actually owned by the seller, and an expedited adverse possession process was therefore required prior to its sale. Lauren was meticulous in her management of the adverse possession, ensuring complex rights, easements and indemnities were correctly handled, all under significant time pressure to meet the June 2021 stamp duty deadline. We are delighted with outcome, entirely due to Lauren’s hard work and complete professionalism.
