Tivoli Cinemas bath

First visit and we loved it. My wife is disabled and everything was catered for. She could take her mobility scooter on an amazing lift up to the studio and then was able to park it by our seat as we sat on the luxurious sofa to watch the film. We loved the bar area and next time may try the food which is brought to you in your seat. Just enjoyed the whole experience. Great idea for cinemas. Staff were very helpful.

A very good cinema experience in general or especially if you want to treat yourself (or significant other) to something different or special. A very comfortable, cozy and luxurious atmosphere. Also, not at all expensive for the experience! Good selection of food and drink that you can order beforehand and take into the cinema with you. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

A new twist to cinema viewing, can have just a drink at the bar or coffee and eat if you want. Or watch a film from great seats order food and drink and have it brought to you whilst watching the movie. Great idea

Love it there, generous comfy seating, meals arrive just before film. Bit more expensive but won't be visiting any off the chain cinemas again. Tivoli for me!

This is a great way to see a movie. 3 little studios showing current movies. Pop in for a drink and food to either have in the comfy bar area or have your favourite tipple and snacks delivered to you to have while you watch a movie. Lots of leg room. Roomy sofas to snuggle up on. Can't think of a single thing I didn't like. Highly recommended

Best cinema experience in Bath, a local gem for sure. The food is very tasty, however it is entirely luck dependent when you receive your food once sat in the theatre. Furthermore, the food we ordered arrived very cold just seconds before it started... wasn't much we could do other than eat it as you can't exactly get up and complain!! Food servers need to check it's still piping hot before serving so last minute.

All our clients from Good Team Spirit and River House love Tivoli. We consistently recommend it and have never been disappointed in the atmosphere, welcome, truly excellent service and - unusual for cinemas - masses of space. Tasty food with a bit of an edge, perfect cocktail making (see Martini - Shaken, not Stirred) at the well-stocked bar. A great evening out for couples or groups alike.

Lovely night out, very comfortable cinema seats and good quality sound and picture. More expensive than your regular cinema but a great thing to do for a special occasion. The food was served to your seat and very tasty.

Really enjoy the cinema experience here having visited 4 times. However, customer service is really poor if you have problems with bookings. My wife booked tickets a couple of weeks ago but 2 days before we were due to go we had to cancel. It was simply not possible to contact them via normal channels ( phone/email) and we have been unable to get a refund. It seems they are only contactable by social media, which i do not subscribe to. This is unacceptable in my view and i am most unlikely to visit again.

The building and the lounge was spectacular. The cinema experience was pleasant with comfortable seating with great screens & sound. The bar & food ordering experience was confusing & slow to say the least. I think they should have a concierge style reception down stairs who give you your tickets & appoint you to free tables & take your orders. Maybe the complex cocktails are dropped and you have a normal bar order service. Staff were under pressure but stayed pleasant & professional at all times. Maybe over ambitious with food& drink service as it stands???
