Following a very frustrating and disappointing 6 months on the market with a local estate agent, an acquaintance suggested we go to Davies & Way. So, we did. What a difference! Where to start..I would thoroughly recommend this agent. An excellent service throughout. Our sale went on a long while but the agent kept on top of the chain, contacting soliciyors and other agents and moving things along where necessary. All the staff at Davies and Way are friendly, patient, discrete and caring as well as professional in their approach. I real felt they did their best to see things through for me. I would particularly like to thank Pollyanna who was super efficient at getting things moving and finalised and went out of her way to ensure the chain completed in time for the deadline.
