Few issues initially but my points seem to have been taken in, I look forward to the 5 star experience I’ve previously experienced here. It’s good to see these are followed up, thank you.

5/ 5

3 years ago I came into this Audi garage with every intention of walking away with keys to a new car. However, I was met with nothing but disorganisation as my appointment had not been diarised, then dealing with various people who didn't seem to have the time to deal with me. The experience was uncomfortable and patronising; to the point I picked up the keys to a new BMW the following day. 3 years later I returned, again with every intention of buying a new Audi. The experience couldn't have been different - it's true about the old saying 'people buy from people'. I liaised directly with Barry Gerrard from my first initial phone call. He sourced and explored various realistic options that would fit my requirements, corresponded with me swiftly and efficiently, all the while being professional and personable. He was forthcoming with good advice and an all round approachable manner, both over the phone and in person when I arranged a test drive. Unfortunately, the perfect car for me wasn't available from this dealership and I purchased an A4 from another garage. However, when I go to upgrade again in time, my first call will be to Barry, without doubt.
