Happy to sell you a car, but impossible to get through to service dept when something goes wrong. Beginning to regret buying Renault.
28/11/19 Update - Despite being contacted by customer services after my original 1 Star post, with a promise of investigation, I've heard nothing more, and following a further attempt to contact the service department this week, with the same result of no call-back, I'm moving to another dealer. Hendy don't deserve my business. I think what put the icing on the cake, is that after calling in to the service department in person to make an appointment, I showed up on the day to find an empty car lot. Despite having a reminder call the day before, they didn't think it necessary to inform me that they had moved!
