Having recently had trouble with my computer, Dave, with his expertise diagnosed the problem, resolved the issues and quickly got me "up and running" again. David's rapid response visit to help reassure us we hadn't been 'hacked' was most welcome. He then proceeded to diagnose a host of other actual issues we had with our laptop and thoroughly, professionally and very patiently worked his way through a series of 'techy things' that has resulted in us having a virus free, protected and speedy working machine.
