Excellent care and maximum professionalism. The examinations and assessments were very thorough and repeated over the trial period many times to ensure the best possible outcome. Mr Don McAllister (branch manager/audiologist) really went beyond any expectation of expertise and dedication to deliver the perfect solution for my relative’s hearing problems. And the aftercare is just as thorough and professional as friendly. We have seen different places before and although they were also good, this is really another level. Highly recommended.

5/ 5

Excellent service here at Amplifon. I already had NHS hearing aids but my hearing problem was too complex for the staff at SpecSavers (who supplied my NHS aids) to manage. Don McAllister at Amplifon diagnosed the problem correctly and solved it. Sure, the aids are expensive but the many subtleties they offer add up to an experience that is quite different from the basic NHS aids. My favourite things are: 1. I can listen to music on my iphone through my hearing aids, as well as take phone calls; 2. the aids can, to some extent, distinguish unwanted noise from wanted sounds, and reduce the former; 3. I can control the settings, volume and a host of other subtleties from my iphone; 4. they don't fall out (that was a problem with the NHS ones). Everyone's experience will be different but Don's thoroughness and expertise (and he's quite fun too) will mean you get the best solution that science can offer though a hearing aid.
