Over the last 6 months I have seen or spoken over the phone to more doctors than I could’ve ever imagined needing. Previous to this I have always been fit and well. Every doctor here has been friendly, welcoming and caring. When there was an issue with my follow up hospital appointment, the doctors here stood up for me & were adamant that if I did not hear anything, they would chase up the matter. I am always able to get a same-day appointment if necessary, if not I speak to a doctor over the phone.

I have a really complicated medical condition & history. This is by a mile the best doctor's surgery I have ever had. Dr Bird is a person who seems to actually care... recommended all my family & friends to go here & all pleased with it! Not sure why 'Rog's Doctor' comes up with this phone number? 5 stars easy!

Very nice practice, shame it plays loud radio piping advertisements and beats to distract you from trying to think about the problem before consultations. Nice staff.

They always have the heating cranked up here.

I wish I could give this surgery more stars! I am well aware of the difficulties providing health care at this present time but I can honestly say I have found everyone working in this surgery, without exception, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Don't bother trying to call waited 90 mins before driving over from Portslade walked in and no one even in reception and was waiting about 25 mins before anyone came back. Great Doctors but as always awful reception staff

The doctors are always helpful and there to listen and help, however since registering here the receptionists have all been nothing but rude, abrupt and dismissing. I was feeling seriously ill one day and called the emergency line, only to be shouted at that I wasn't supposed to call them because the doctors don't have time for me. Absolutely disgraceful, a shame because this makes me scared of booking future appointments even when I really need them.

Hilariously unhelpful. If you find yourself speaking to the receptionist called Clare, turn around and leave, as she will do sod all, and probably laugh/sneer at you while she does it. If you have heart problems it's best to avoid entirely!

Dr's are nice enough but reception staff are either unavailable (not there) or amazingly rude or disinterested. Makes calling up a bit of a joke. You can wait on hold for hours and be number 1 in the queue and nobody answers. They must either ignore calls or not be there. A really weird situation.
