Pavers Shoes salisbury

I bought some shoes there, and was not made to feel a valued customer, the staff members attitude towards me was totally different to the person before me. I have to admit I was dressed in my outdoor country gear, and felt I was been judged by my appearance. I can honestly say I was polite, I left the shop not feeling nice

I normally struggle to find anything I like or fits in Pavers but this time I bought a pair of Relife full length boots. So comfortable I went back the following week to buy a 2nd pair. Shame Pavers dont offer Blue Light discount

Average size shoe shop, but very well organized. Clear signs showing entrance and exit according to the COVID precautions. Nice and helpful staff and a very wide choice of men's and women's shoes. Definitely worth visiting if you're in need for a new pair.

Fantastic shoes and excellent customer service. I was struggling to find the right size of a particular pair of shoes, as most had sold out. I called the Wilton store who really helpfully informed me which stores still had the size I needed in stock and was advised to contact Pavers Customer Services to see if the shoes could be sent to me. Not only was this arranged, but the agent I spoke to then cancelled the order I had previously made about 20 minutes earlier as they shoes would have been too small and I'm not awaiting the arrival of the size I needed from their Evesham store. So helpful - I love their shoes anyway but will now always recommend Pavers to anyone for excellent customer service too.

Far simpler buying shoes here than in Salisbury, easy to park, a quick walk and no crowds. Got 3 pairs. They do a machine that treats the new shoes too.
