I ordered a pair of boots online to collect in the store, and they sent the wrong ones. After speaking with a member of staff and not getting anywhere, another member of staff called Robert went out of his way to help, he found me another pair as they had sold out online. He also went to the store to collect them for me. I can't thank him enough.
