Not happy that a pair of diamond earrings on your website doesn't state colour or clarity of the stones at all. For 1200 I think you can afford to write a slightly better description. How am I meant to compare this product with no information? Just says they're "Dazzling, eye-catching diamonds", what sort of a description is that?

The worst service in UK. Very unprofessional. Unbelievable. After few tines I went to the shop to collect my wife's ring and it did not arrive. But they said to me it was a matter of 2/3 days. And after more then a week did not arrive. At the end I did not have time to but something for her birthday. I had time to buy online something for her. All team were just laying to me. I would like to write a much worst review but I must be polite. I wanted to give less then 1 star but I can not. Anyway, you will never see me again. I do not raccomend this shop to anyone.

tarnished nomination bracelet after less than 2 months since purchase. Emailed nomination who advised to go into TH Baker store to get it swapped but Brighton branch refusing to do so, saying that they don't do that..terrible customer service and still no replacement bracelet
