I found the perfect shoes but unfortunately the Brighton store didn't have my size. The assistant located a pair in the Covent Garden store. I bought them and they were delivered to my home within two days. I was so impressed with the service I received from store to delivery crew .

Went with someone who wanted to buy some shoes. The sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the products and asked for, then acted on, the criteria for style, fit, use and material. In short, superb service, this was someone who will go far in sales.

A lovely bright, welcoming shop. The person who served us was not just in sales she wanted us to find what we wanted. We left with a pair of ladies ankle boots which were in the sale and we did not see on display.
