Outdoor fitness at its best... Matt provides highly enjoyable workouts for all levels of fitness in an atmosphere which is friendly, fun and non-judgemental, and classes run in all weathers with all necessary covid-safe precautions. It's also excellent value, with plenty of flexibility in terms of which classes to attend, and a simple online booking system. Highly recommended 👍
