I went to the Brighton store yesterday and got the fragrance I wanted at a good price and the custom

I went to the Brighton store yesterday and got the fragrance I wanted at a good price and the customer service was fantastic I can not stress that enough. However... the heat in the store is outrageous and dangerous. Both ladies apologised to me and my partner even though it’s not their fault. There is an air con unit but it doesn’t work and we were told there was no immediate plans to fix it! I was shocked! Instead they have little fans that blow out hot air! The heat in the store must of been 23-27 degrees! It’s disgraceful and I will not be returning and will tell friends and family not to bother. If you’re going to treat your employees so bad I will not give that sort of company my money. The poor staff in there look drainedm!

Popped in here yesterday Brighton Store as my local store doesn’t stock Tom Ford staff are just plain rude the lady acknowledged me when I entered said she will be with me in a moment as serving a man in front yet then allowed 3 people to push in front completely ignored me and also the other staff member looked at the person behind me and asked them how she could help am I invisible? after 20 mins I walked out there was only myself and one other customer to start with I will never go back in this shop

Couldn’t complete the order, never refunded me until I spent 40 mins on the phone. Then the replacement order sent to wrong address. Customer Service agent was uncaring and rude. DM chat useless and that’s being kind. This company doesn’t care! I’ve been left to chase my order through the Royal Mail system. TFS did nothing to help.
