Ackerman is a great store, with a wide variety of choice and prices that are competitive, even when shopping online — whether you want an instrument (big or small), consumables, accessories, books or just advice. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, the choice more than adequate, and almost always leave the store absolutely delighted (even when the purchase was destined for someone else).
