Lovely staff and quick service

This is a lovely store I really nice size great stock and immensely friendly and helpful staff really recommended

Went there to have eyebrows done the young lady was very good I won't go anywhere else but what was really nice an assistant came and found me to let me know the young lady had come back from her lunch now that's what I call good customer service Well Done

immensely helpful Pharmacist and as such they have respect for there Customers also have great products for men and woman like cologne and cosmetics for the ladies but overall it is very good store.

This place is fascinating! Really cheap, friendly staff and good quality products. Highly reccommend.

Prices aren't as good as they used to be, but variety is still good. Was very busy in store so recommend maybe going to a different superdrug during covid peaks.

Staff helpful though I could not find what I needed Not their fault but the lack of delivery drivers they said.

I visited superdrug in Churchill Square Friday morning. Really unhappy customer, I had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First of all I received my online order which is a gift set on Thursday afternoon and it arrived in poor packaging with no bubblewrap or so ever when I opened it the box was damaged from inside and outside so I immediately contacted superdrug via chat and reported my order as damaged however since they didn't get back to me I decided to go to this branch on Friday morning and return it but I've been treated unprofessionally. The lady who served me was so unpleasant! When I first got the shop I explained to one of the staff in the till that the gift set arrived damaged and I need to return or exchange but then another lady came straight away and said sorry we won't take this because it's damaged and used! She didn't investigate first, she was just talking loudly like I'm not a genuine and in a bad attitude. I won't come to this shop again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
