We had a problem today with our order ,Karen and Alex we very professional,helpful and patient tried they best to help us and to make us happy. More friendlier than this I haven’t seen ! I definitely recommend they customer service they will definitely help and recommend the best to satisfy they customers . Also billy help us to put our order in the car which was very nice . Thank you again for everything guys

Said havthe item in store 8 of them wen I went dwn there they were in a box on top of the shelf not displayed but workers were very helpful

I went in to find particular nails. The first person couldn't help so they went to find someone who knows their stuff. They were both really polite and helpful.

Good selection and bit more staff members that can help customers compared to the other B&Q I used to go before (Newhaven)

Handy store with a good range of products although very expensive and everything you need is available online for less
