I attended a bespoke workshop on HIFU and hydrafacial treatment provided by Nikki. I found her an excellent trainer very much focused on practical aspects of subject yet not overlooking essential theoretical dimensions . She is extremely friendly and makes the whole process of learning very enjoyable. I am very satisfied with the quality of this 6 hours workshop and I would recommend her for anyone interested in these treatments

As a thirty something year old having been plagued by adult acne only moderately responsive to every treatment tried, scarring has been the inevitable result. I visited Cambridge City Laser after exasperation with a prescribed Retinol treatment which was having no effect. Although initially nervous (not comfortable with proximity to face) Nikki put me at ease with a full explanation of the treatment she had recommended-Sublative Radiofrequency with Syneron, and the different settings which can be used according to severity of scarring and current acne. Nikki kept me comfortable throughout the procedure , which could be described as only mildly uncomfortable-like plucking a hair, and debriefed me fully about aftercare. In one session, my scarring and active acne have already both markedly improved (with an added bonus of softer fresher looking skin)-considering the six week wait for results (if the initial breakout subsides) and inevitable tolerance skin seems to develop to most prescription acne treatment-I cannot recommend this treatment highly enough and Nikki as a practitioner was warm, professional and made me feel at ease through the thoroughness of her explanation and knowledgeability about both the machines, equipment and products used and my skin condition. Anyone with facial scarring of any type (many of us who have been attempting fixes for years)-please give this a go it really is an incredible confidence boost!

I went to Cambridge City Laser, based off of a referral, was not disappointed. I had an acid peel done to assist with my acne problems. Nicky did an outstanding job. My skin has cleared up (Redness, puffiness and acne scars have virtually disappeared). Amazing experience, can't recommend enough!
