I've been using this pharmacy for years and I dont understand the negative reviews?? The staff at the desk and the pharmacist are always friendly and helpful they are LOADS better than boots who claimed that millstream medical centre hadn't sent my baclofen prescription so my Doctor had to write another prescription after numerous phone calls and boots denying it was there the next time I picked up a different prescription they had put the missing baclofen in it

Awful. Queued for ages. Tried to get some basic wound dressing and they tried to sell me something the opposite if what I needed. The assistant was totally clueless and I acquired exactly what I needed in Sainsbury’s and Boots. Avoid

This pharmacy is tagged onto Millstream Medical Centre. It is fairly well stocked but often the items to be dispensed are normally out of stock (or at least they are for me). There is parking in the large carpark opposite which is pay and display. Reasonable opening hours.

Absolute shambles. 1st complaint from months ago: Not up to date on breastfeeding. Recent complaint: Coming at 13.30, they can't give me my prescription as the pharmacist is on lunch. Fair enough... although that is weird. Then pretended to my partner at 4pm that same day that I picked it up a week ago?? The owner is rude, so so rude. To customers and his own staff. NEVER GO THERE.

I have nothing but praise for the pharmacy. I get my repeat scripts on time with no missing items. I get SMS messages from them when they are ready and phone calls from Andy the pharmacist when I have new medicines to ask if they are suitable for me or giving side effects. A please and thank you doesn't cost anything and goes a long way. There is no need to criticize the pharmacy that has been open and there for us all through these ghastly days when the majority of us were sat on our backsides.

"Can I collect my prescription please?" (sent from surgery electronically) - there follows muttering

"Can I collect my prescription please?" (sent from surgery electronically) - there follows muttering in the background and scuffling - Reply "When was it sent?" I consult my app "At 11.38am yesterday". Reply - " Oh, we count that as coming in today. It'll be ready tomorrow afternoon" The person who appears to be in charge is rude and arrogant, as are most of his staff with some noteable exceptions. There seems to be a lack of organisation which nobody appears to want to do anything about. However many days are left before collecting, there is always a delay while the whole place is searched before finding that it hasn't been done and there is the inevitable wait.......unless of course you're Methadone Mick breezing in for your daily fix, in which case you're greeted on a first name basis and served straight away. If I could leave no stars I would. Avoid this place.

AVOID The worst Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Already happened twice that they closed 10-15

AVOID The worst Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Already happened twice that they closed 10-15 minutes before the closure time and the excuse is always the same, they have a doctors appointment what a coincidence they all have docs appointment all the time. On top of that they are borderline rude and don't care about the customer! If I could I would give minus stars.
