I visited this shop last Tuesday and was very keen to purchase a product that I had tried. A hand product, beautiful texture and smell. I asked the assistant for the large size, which she gave to me and which I then purchased. Imagine my surprise when I opened it when I got home ( I live in stoke btw) to discover it was the wrong product? I phoned the shop who informed me that they were happy to exchange it. Not easy but doable via my sister in law who lives nearby. Today I get a phone call from the manager. Bottom line is no can do as the product had been unsealed. Of course it was, that’s how I knew it was the wrong product! Poor service, poor after care and poor customer communication.

Excellent shop. So many interesting things to buy. Very friendly and helpful staff.
