Nice place to go for a great selection of food and clothing. I think the best thing about this store for me is that they have a varied selection of sizes for clothing, here it is possible to find items in XS which is not easy to find on the high street. I usually find my self having to shop online for my clothes but this store is an acception.

1/ 5

I used to love the Salisbury store but over the past couple of months have received consistently poor, disinterested service, and at times it's been downright rude. There's the odd ray of sunshine still working there, but a definite 'customer is wrong and a bit of a nuisance' attitude starting to prevail. But this is not confined to the Salisbury store. In general, M&S, you're failing. Your name used to be synonymous with fantastic customer service. Marks and Spencer set the bar high and other stores could only aspire to this level. Sadly that's no longer the case. It's now impossible to speak directly to to your local store without a huge amount of hassle, negotiating multiple options and and disinterested offshore call centre staff. Once a company outsources its customer care, you know that customer service is no longer their top priority. The customer is no longer right, or even relevant, it's all about profit. And they're saving money everywhere else too it seems: the quality of food and clothing too is deteriorating , particularly underwear, for which they also used to be famous. The website compares poorly to other competitors, difficult to navigate and always crashing meaning you have to start your order again. Remember how you made your name Marks - profit may be your first priority now but there's a lot of competition on the high street. Good service never goes out of style.

ALWAYS running out of food at LUNCHTIME. Forward planning would ensure there’s enough to go round. I’m stumped when told ‘we’ve run out of chips.’ Is there a 21st century potato famine we don’t know about? The toilets are very rarely in service. It’s 21st century Britain M&S. Get a grip🤦🏼‍♂️.
