Avoid! I received a burn on my lip that blistered and has scarred permanently. Shadaya handled it horribly, never apologised or showed any professional care. She suggested that I have a cover up tattoo to hide the scarring so I asked if the clinic will cover this, she never replied to me. I'll have to spend hundreds of pounds to attempt to cover the scar caused by her.

I have brown skin and shadaya conducted a patch test on my skin without informing me that there was a chance of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. There are dark patches on that area now. Zero patient guidance and carelessness. Edit : I was informed that there was a possibility of white patches that is hypopigmentation and not hyperpigmentation. And if this was the risk the test patch should've been done behind the ears n not on the chin which is so prominent. P. S the dark patches are still there even after a month.
