Really rude! Basically told me I needed to leave because they don’t accept new clients. Said they were closed (even through they were not) and that they were “too busy” with regular clients to let me book at all even though the two girls were standing around doing nothing with no customers in sight. So unprofessional

By far the best nail salon in Edinburgh, and I did try a fair amount of salons before I discovered Elite, my nails are beautifuly done and the customer service is lovely, there is a reason they are fully booked:)

Very disappointed. Got shellac done on Thursday for a wedding on Friday and it had chipped within 24 hours of having it done. It was a mess for wedding. When I called them I was told there was nothing they could do as there was no guarantee with shellac. I understand there is no guarantee but for £35, it should last longer than 24 hours so I find it quite shocking. Will definitely not be returning.

This is the best manicure I ever had. I live in the USA and was on vacation in Edinburgh. I managed to get a cancellation. 3 1/2 weeks later and the manicure is still great. Great service and friendly staff
