Bark n Fly Dog Day Care and Boarding Kennels edinburgh

Zelda has been using Bark n Fly for just over a year. She loves going and waits at the door on day care days, telling me off if I’m running late. Fiona, Nir, Graham and the rest of the staff are friendly and obviously love looking after the dogs in their care. Zelda comes home happy after her days there, to me the best sign of a great centre. Great set up, selection of services and friendly staff! I used the Bark n Fly Day Care service when I needed my toy poodle to be looked after for a couple of hours whilst in Edinburgh. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who checked Poppy in when we arrived and made a great fuss of her which really put me at ease. You can see how much they genuinely care about dogs. Will certainly use again in the future.

Fantastic place, entirely focused on the happiness of the dogs, and mine for one absolutely loves it - can't fault at all.

Amazing place for our two doggies. Have been using Bark n' Fly for about 5 years, and it's been great to know that our puppies are safe and happy on their hols when they stay. Definitely recommend!

20 min waiting for someone at reception and nothing. Looks like I will lose my appointment at 10am due to not being able to leave my dogs for care. If you leave your dog here make sure you have enough, more than enough time. Looks like a nice place but no one at the front. Edited review - Don’t know how to reply to the “lies” I called - someone said would be there soon (disregarding the las two, dialled by mistake) so yes, there are calls. Be aware that someone answered so this is not a lie - perhaps you don’t know the call is registered on the callers phone. I was there at 9:22 with one of my dogs outside - took the picture because I knew this would be contested. So, yes, I did follow the instructions given in the door and yet nothing. Again, looks like a nice place but give yourself plenty, plenty of time and maybe someone will be at the reception.

2 very happy dogs, very tired dogs have just come home. Both well cared for and lots of FB pics so you can see what they got up to each day. Staff spent more time talking to my dogs than to me, that's the right way round.

Took our four springer spaniels to bark n fly for a long boarding . Received photos and contact from David for the time they where there . We are extremely happy with this kennel , professional, service at a great rate . Will definitely reccomend this kennel to my friends . We have been using Bark n ' Fly now for a year and they are amazing. The indoor play pens are awesome and all of the dogs look to have so much fun and are very happy. The fields are huge well kept and our doggies come home exhausted after lots of running around. David and the team are so kind and helpful and really good with all of the dogs. Our new pup has recently started going too and has learnt to walk on the lead, sit and stay as well as walk to heel so the team have been amazing with her development and she has become so much more confident since starting day care. We can not recommend Bark n' Fly highly enough after visiting other facilities in the area as they have looked after us so well. Thank you and keep top the good work. Michelle & John
