Fantastic service from the team at Glasgow audio. Walked in with a problem cable, asked if anything could be done about it, someone was straight onto the job and I was out the door 10 minutes later. No charge either! Such a kind thing for them to do! The chat and music whilst waiting was superb too! USE GLASGOW AUDIO PEOPLE!!!

Took in my old record player to diagnose the problem in the tone arm, as I wasn't exactly sure what the issue was. Jessie (member of staff) was more than knowledgeable and very willing to help me get to the bottom of the issue. I'll definitely be returning in future for my audio fix. Stellar service.

Brilliant service, very fast to reply online to any queries and very competitive deals & prices. The guys offer genuine advice and don't try to upsell or push a particular product on you - they're all about getting you the perfect set up rather than making a sale. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Leaving a review on behalf of my Dad who visited Glasgow Audio last week to purchase a replacement cartridge for his Rega turntable. He initially spoke with Dean on the phone who arranged for my dad to come in the next day to get his cartridge replaced by Angus. Tremendous customer service from Dean and and an expert quality job carried out by Angus who was as enthusiastic as my Dad was to have his cartridge replaced. Angus ensured the turntable was fully calibrated and he serviced the motor. My Dad said his turntable has never sounded so good. Would absolutely recommend this high quality audio shop. J. Tees

Very well run, parking across the road, waited st door, assistant came out asked me about Covid, hand sanitizer, mask was available if you had not got one. Went to desk they took your name and got your records, move to another desk and paid. Tried not to look at all the top end hi-fi equipment they sell. Was able to have a browse through their non RSD stock.

First class service, extremely friendly staff, very passionate about audio and getting customers the right products. Covid checks all in place
