Was in looking at pianos, while a unruly child threw his toy car around the shop and dragged it over the pianos keys. When the manager very politely asked him to be careful the man kicked off like a madman telling the manager to watch his tone etc. I felt so bad considering the brilliant service I recieved I had to leave this review

I got first class service when I purchased my piano from Biggars. It has been my long term ambition to take up piano playing again since last time I played was as a teenager. Martin was very helpful and even delivered piano himself. I now play every day and can even record my results on my beautiful white Yamaha piano. Happy days !

Purchased an instrument online from south Wales as a birthday gift, so deadline was tight. Received a phone call from the shop (guy named Martin) that evening asking for confirmation of some details. The instrument arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and with tracking at no extra cost, the following day. Zero problems and excellent customer service. Impressed.

I bought my digital piano at the Buchanan Galleries branch in December. The service was excellent and I am delighted with my purchase. In addition, when I thought it was developing a fault, I received great advice on the phone. I would definitely recommend Biggars.

Ordered a Bass Guitar which was a good price and exactly what I wanted. Only reason not 5 star was because despite checking order would be delivered to my home address, it wasnt. It was delivered to a shop over a mile away. Item was well packaged and Live Web staff very helpful.

Very happy with my new digital piano, with a full set of 88 keys. Assembly easy, with a couple of assistants to hold things in place. It would have been even easier if I'd spotted the correction-sheet telling me about the actual number of screws needed and supplied, however a quick call to Biggars reassured me that I only needed the screws supplied with the piano! Given where I wanted it, self-assembly suited me best, but definitely need my assistants.
