robably my favorite dining experience during our visit to Glasgow. The menu was interesting but also simple. Great for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. I think some of the reviews here are out of date. There is a full bar and we had a couple of yummy cocktails. The decor was open and contemporary, though it is a small place. The area is blossoming and very up and coming, though still a bit dingy in areas (but felt very safe). One server took care of the whole place, but he did a great job and (as usual for Glasgow) was very friendly and relaxed. I took a couple of photos which are not great, but give you an idea of the interior.

This place has a small but amazing atmosphere, The food was out of this world with a wonderful presentation on a plate.the staff were a delight and made us very welcome this restaurant should have Michelin stars as it ticks all the boxes with it's small but delicious menu catering for those with dietary requirements. I had pan seared scallops and my wife had steak with a salsa verde topping, complimented by fine wine. This is a must go to establishment and I will definitely be back. Thanks to the team for making our experience awesome

We had the Christmas meal deal and were completely taken-aback by how good each dish was. From moist, yet cripsy pork belly to well smoked salmon, duck and haddock. Faultlessly seasoned, great tasting and good portion sizes left us feeling full and satisfied. Will definitely visit again in the new year.

5/ 5

Staff were friendly and attentive, and seemed to know the restaurant's entire operation inside-out. My party included a ceoliac and the server easily answered all the specific questions about the food that came with that. Food was exceptional as you'd expect. I had the steak with potatoes and a side of fries, would recommend the fries with the steak as they complement really well. Steak was bang on, really really nice. Ordered a whisky and water, it was served in a proper tasting glass with a pouring jug, all good stuff. Booth was a little cramped with four people, would recommend asking them to put some tables together at the bench seats if you have four or more people, but it really didn't lessen the experience at all. Overall just a great experience

Small, intimate restaurant. A little difficult to spot from the street; the sign is very low key. Staff were polite and very helpful and food was really nice. The duck I had, was juicy and fell off the bone. Really delicious.
