Absolutely shocking experience. Had to wait an hour for the food with getting a text from them to say it was on its way... 40 minutes later still no food. When it got to our flat which is 5 minutes round the corner it was absolutely stone cold. Our pizza and our kebab. We rang to complain and the customer service was disgusting. We were told that we was not allowed a re fund due to us having the pizza and not giving it back to them. They then was screaming down the phone at us and told us to shut up. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Appalling.

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF POSSIBLE. Ordered through just eat. My parmo was cold and very thin with no toppings on. Partners calzone was so undercooked that the cheese hadn't melted. Rang takeaway to have the missing toppings delivered. I was told I would have to bring the food back to the shop. Very rude and dismissive. Was Hung up on. Then rang again to say thanks but not to bother and I'll get a full refund through just eat as discovered how bad the calzone was. Immediately hung up on again.

Tasty burgers I'd like to see them use tongs wee bit more especially if they eating sausages when u walk in and don't put glove on( hygiene needs ) people do watch and see wot goes on

we are having a short stay in york for my wifes birthday and we always wanted to try a chicken parmesean. Ali G's was highly reccomended by friends who have visited before and i must say, they weren't wrong. friendly service by a young man that looked about as busy as a man can get. still had time to answer our questions since we never had a chicken parma before. quick service and the young man even gave us a free bottle of pepsi for having to wait only 3 mins longer than he said. The chicken Parma was soooooo nice, even though we cant compare it to any other, if thats the standard, we will have to find one in nottingham somewhere. Thanks again to the staff at Ali G's.
