I would like to say a ‘Big Thank You’ to Dom at the Darnley store today. I didn’t ask for help but he could see I was struggling and came over to help me. He loaded my trolley with compost, took me to the cash desk and took the compost to my car and loaded it in. That is customer service. Thank you so much B & Q and Dom.

Poor customer care for someone that’s disabled. Unable to get the attention of the girl , had to ask another person to highlight I needed assistance. So got a wheelchair and trolley attached , the trolley banged against my legs resulting in my wounds opening up , I wasn’t expecting a workout with the wheelchair but that’s what I got . The wheelchair needs to be serviced and tyres blown up. I had to ask someone to get what I was looking for as I was losing the battle with the wheelchair, it wasn’t available. Overall terrible experience at BQ , I have been a loyal customer over the years and I have been treated despicably.

Very large and well stocked. However I often have to ask multiple people for assistance before someone can help me find the location of an item. Some staff members know nothing about the stock in the store and some are extremely knowledgeable and can help above and beyond what I expected. It is very hit or miss.
