Usually ok but phoned up for insulin for Type 1 diabetus, explained said not available till 09.07 but had run out & needed it earlier. Gave my name at start of call, then again during the conversation gave DOB to be then asked my name again & then told sorry you can't order till 09.07 !!! (actually said 19.07 but then changed to 09.07... don't think she appreciated importance of insulin to patient...staff training may help in both listening & basic medical info...pleased to say checked later same day & appears was dealt with and script in process of being issued.

Really bad service Receptionists say what they like You can get a letter the day before saying it cancelled 3 times in a row then say they don't know when they can fit you in after skipping loads of appointment days. Unprofessional staff who seen like they are always on holiday and can't speak to manager as he's always "busy" it's a real pain trying to get an appointment for adhd.

Everytime I call to know what is wrong with me they ask me The same questions which they write in The computer and after still ask you The same. Why they write this if they don't need and use it? Not recomend!!!!
