I bought a set of 4 books from your Leeds Merrion Centre store. There were two price stickers on each one- a small white price sticker and a much larger circular one. 'That will come off really easily' I thought when I saw the larger sticker. However, on trying to remove one of the larger stickers from one of the books it wouldn't come off in one go and the rest wouldn't come off at all. The front of the book is now a complete mess with half the sticker that won't come off and sticky residue that the sticker has left on the book. This means that the book is completely ruined and indeed the set is now completely ruined. There are large stickers on the other books as well. Since when did your stores start using stickers on books that can't be removed? You've completely ruined these books and you're getting people to pay for them. I'm on benefits and £8 is a lot of money for me.
