Absolutely rude, had a pamper session voucher which they can no longer honour as don't offer any treatments, hardly surprising they haven't been successful, receptionist put phone down on me when enquiring, don't bother going. Note to receptionist don't work there if you can't be pleasant!

OK went out on a spa day with an afternoon tea. Firstly visited the Spirit Health Club. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lockers and changing room was clean and in good order. The gym had good clean equipments and wasn't that busy so was able to try most of the equipments without waiting. On to the sauna and steam room, which was nice and as expected. The jacuzzi was a little busy and as expected popular but managed to squeeze myself in 😊. The water was nice and warm, it was activated for 10 mins with 5 mins break. The only downside was the swimming pool which was rather cold.
