Love this m&s. I shop here regularly. A big selection of good quality clothes on offer. Food hall is lovely. It's medium sized but packs a lot in. If you want a good choice of wines and spirits, m&s has it. Staff are very nice and hospitable.

Fitting for new bras. Great service. No embarrassment. What I needed, with little fuss and friendly staff. Top tip - don't forget to activate your sparks points as you will usually find an offer!

Experienced very poor customer service at both Wakefield Cathedral & White Rose Shopping stores. In Leeds Briggate I was assisted by a lovely young lady called KELSEY who went above and beyond, she was determined to help after my previous experiences. If all stores had a KELSEY there would be a lot more money spent, positive feedback and reviews for M & S.

Just went in for a coffee. Very busy but still got served quickly. Very nice cup of coffee.

Food quality and range excellent but why do you have to put alcohol in so many products?

My wife and I regularly do groceries shopping here and staffs are nice and kind! They also sell quality clothes as well and I have several outers from here. The prices are reasonable here given the quality of them is quite good.

Been coming here alot more often since Debenhams closed down. Lovely cafe, best in Leeds city centre. Staff are very well trained and polite, coffee and food menu is best i have ever seen in a cafe.

I used to buy a lot of my clothes here, but am very let down by the quality of your autumn collection this year. I have worn these items (and washed the jumper once) less than five times and they've already gone quite "bobbly".
