What can I say Susan and her team are absolutely amazing, the only bridal shop I went to, I tried on various dresses of what I thought I wanted until Susan brought a dress out for me to try on and I instantly knew it was the one. My dress was absolutely beautiful, timeless and elegant everything I wanted. I did not stop smiling on my wedding day I felt amazing. Thank you again Bridal Apparel.

Absolutely phenomenal. Bridal Apparel were fantastic. I came to them last minute with a very ill-fitting wedding dress- they were so attentive and professional and made me look like a princess on my big day. I can not recommend them highly enough!!

I won a competition with Bridal Apparel at a wedding fair; I won a free veil and dress alterations if I purchased my dress from them. I was a bit skeptical at first as I had never heard of them before but I had nothing to loose and so I went along to my appointment. The shop is a bit different to other dress shops I had been to, there weren’t endless dresses on a rail that you have to pick from (which can be overwhelming). I went to the appointment with my mum and mother in law - we took our shoes off as requested and went upstairs to sit with Susan. Susan sat and had a detailed chat with me about my vision, my venue, colour scheme etc and tried to understand exactly what I wanted from my day and my dress. I was in a position where I knew exactly what dress I wanted - I just needed to find it. The first dress I tried on was not the right dress for me, I felt comfortable enough to be honest about this with Susan and we quickly took it off. We had another chat and then came dress number 2…. it was my dress!! Susan had completely read my mind! I lost 2.5 stone between purchasing my dress and my wedding day - Susan was happy to do the extra appointments I needed to alter my dress and ensure it fit perfectly. She was so supportive. 3 weeks before my wedding date, COVID came along and my wedding date got cancelled. In the end I had to move my date 3 times. Susan was super supportive throughout the whole period reassuring me at each step that my dress was ready and waiting for me. I really felt like Susan and her team actually cared about me and my wedding as a whole. I remember her asking me two weeks before the wedding if had any worries. She then took the time to tell me about her experiences and really reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Thank you Susan and your team for being amazing and making sure I had my dream wedding dress! Emma xxx
