Great service from friendly and knowledgable staff. The best service I've received in a music instrument shop. The store is massive. I only really looked at the bass section so I can't really comment on the other departments. But if bass is your thing, then they have plenty to choose from. I bought a precision bass on interest free finance which only took a few minutes to complete. They even gave the bass a quick set up for me. Highly recommended.

It was a little difficult to find, but I blame that on the road system in Leeds. Other than that the parking is free and with a decent parking area. I found the staff incredibly helpful and understanding to my needs. I phoned before I went and they had a great friendly telephone manner. The store is clean and tidy and also well stocked. The website is clear and honest. I recommend you check it out.

Went to the Leeds store to buy an electric piano. I think the guy who serves us was called Mark, he was extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. He was also very knowledgeable about all the different pianos we asked about. Best of all the piano was price matched at the till so we knew we were getting the best possible deal. Thank you Mark. Would highly recommend.

Don't shop here. I bought a guitar for £300. Before I purchased I explained the action seemed a little high. They did lower it, but after taking home I could hear faint buzz when pressing one of the strings. At first the the guy told me it was because I wasn't used to playing a nylon string guitar and was pressing down too hard. What a joke. Turns out it was an ex display model they sold to me at full price. The old strings were causing the buzz. When I complained they gave me a set of free strings and sent me on my way. The guitar is fine now. But after being fed the "you're pressing too hard on the strings" line I know these people will say anything for a sale. Also, they should have offered a lower price as the guitar is ex display and second hand in my eyes. Bunch of cowboys

Extensive array of musical instruments and paraphernalia. A good team of people who are only to happy to help out, and, are quite happy to allow you to try before you buy. Wether you want budget, expensive, or even Custom Shop specials, PMT have you covered. If you are in the market for drums, guitars, amps, pa or must other musical gear, contact them. I buy there extensively and highly recommend them.

Salesman Sam was brilliant and helped my son decide which amp to get. He was patient and explained that there was no rush. Zero pressure from Sam and his advice to buy the 100w Boss Katana was spot on. Amp arrived next day and the whole experience was awesome. Highly recommend this PMT store and in particular Sam.
