We are all aware of how wonderful the Apple Store experience is. But I wish to pay a particular thank you to Lewis. He was fantastic. He has a great charisma, took time to build a genuine relationship with myself and was efficient at his job. He made me genuinely enjoy my Apple Store experience; people such as himself are the reason why I will continue to shop at Apple. I hope I am lucky enough to be served by him again. 5 stars, as always.

Customer service, knowledge and all around experience was great. Had an issue with my phone that had been going on for 10 weeks that EE should’ve been sorting but I’m 100% glad I went to apple instead. The staff member (WambiI think) was spot on in every way, can’t thank him enough.

went shopping in Leeds on Boxing day,called into the Apple store thinking no chance of a appointment, within 5 mins saw a chap spent an hour looking at a problem with my I phone,he checked everything to no avail hopefully it will be fixed at the next update.Cant thank him enough very polite and patience.

Saying that I'm impressed with their service, speed, and kindness is an understatement. Absolutely fantastic store with extremely kind and professional staff. My repairs were done to a high standard and much faster than expected! I will certainly return to this store! Thank you to the staff for making it a pleasant experience.

Great friendly staff. We didn't buy anything, and we weren't pressured into either. I must say it great going into a tech store and you meet a member of staff were who actually knows about their products.

Very friendly and helpful staff! There was a problem with my phone so I came in and didn’t have to wait too long for an appointment. The guys helped me fix my phone and answered my questions. I was also offered a replacement for my broken phone case and I'm delighted by how friendly and professional they were. It was my 3rd time there and I’m very happy. I was also here a while ago with my iPad. It had dead cells on the screen and I was given a new one. I was delighted with the service I received too. Thank you!

has all the apple devices that you want to try before you buy. has super fast repairs for a great price compared to other countries I visited. and the device is as good as new after they fix it.

Been today. And very happy with service. Don't remember the lady name but she been spoke with my child and she did so good job. He wanted phone now and they didn't had in stock. She offered to order online and get it before Christmas. My boy was so anxious and didn't wanted do it like this. I was asking other phone and buy now. But she explained him everything so clearly and he's agreed with that.. That was wooow ❤️ thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
