First experience there was absolutely great! But second experience wasn't too good. Don't get me wrong, everyone is lovely there but I did a strand test but my hairdresser said it came back fine and we continued with my treatment. With the overall result, my hair was fried in numerous places and started falling out after the treatment. Surely if it turned out like that then the strand test would've shown that? I would've prefered if the hairdresser said we can do an alternative instead of what I wanted initially, so that it wouldn't have damaged my hair!!
