Absolutely terrible service overall. They do not care about their customers.. once they've got your money and you're tied in a contract then they will no longer be bothered. I had to contact them 10 times about the same issue yet even till now (4 months later) they are still not bothered. Haven't contacted me back once! Disgusting service and people.

There is another "Cooper BMW York" location here too with ALOT more positive reviews so be sure to check that, I felt i needed to add to this one as it left the place with negative reviews that could confuse someone else!!! I'd been looking for a 340i Touring with a high spec for 9 months, when one finally came up here, I jumped to phone them and ended up buying it without seeing it as they are over 100 miles away and I didnt want to risk losing it after the wait. There was also a lot of other interest in this car. Will Thomas answered all my questions about the vehicle and also did a 20 minute video presentation of the vehicle which was absolutely fantastic, It gave me more than enough reassurance about the vehicle for me to put a deposit down over the phone. When I came to collect the car, everything was exactly as they said and I am a very happy 340i owner :). Top stuff

Not impressed. Came in at 8am to collect a car. Not one sales team member has even acknowledged me. 30minutes. For a high end company they give bottom End courtesy.

do not buy a car from here,they will lie to you, and when you have a problem they will ignore you

Very preliminary look at electric BMW cars. A first for us on both counts, having always gravitated to Mercedes. Who knows where we'll end up but am eager to say how impressed I was with the sales and reception staff. Yes, they're salesmen and I know their job is to hypnotise people into buying what they they never truly needed in the first place, but .. They just came across calm, competent, gently pushy in a professional way, wanting to talk to you and at your own pace, smartly dressed, .... all things Mercedes, for example, abandoned a decade or two ago.

Bought a brand new 3-Series from the guys at Vertu York this time last week. Couldn't fault them. Ben spent a lot of time to get me the right deal and wasn't at all pushy, while the way that the car was presented when I arrived on collection day, and the handover experience in general, was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

My daughter s 11 year old BMW had a recall so came over from Scarborough . Hire car loaned while car checked. Excellent service from start to end Thanks
