Tonight I was extremely impressed by the service provided by a lovely woman who was supervising the self-service check outs near customer service. I didn't catch her name but she had red hair in a bob. Not only did she quickly sort out a problem I had, she went the extra mile to help me find the right product and had an awesome attitude- friendly and helpful. Well done and thank you :)

Clothing section dire. Can never get a decent selection, just aisles of pyjamas and skinny jeans with the odd dress thrown in, but only seem to stock larger sizes for some reason. Needs a good overhaul inside as well not just a bit of new cladding.

Poor stock control - they often have empty shelves (even before Brexit). Not very clean. Staff are generally quite unhelpful. No one wears a mask. They've removed all sanitising stations and most of the screens. No manned checkouts anymore.

2/ 5

A convenient local supermarket but COVID safety measures are non existent. No hand sanitiser, staff not wearing masks, Baker whistling while working with uncovered bread. No social distancing or social distancing markers. Staff at self checkouts leaning over you to pick up baskets etc. Stock availability was hit and miss, signage in a number of places does not match products on offer. Outside of COVID times it seemed better.
