Everybody asks where I get my clark's. Great staff helpful although not incredibly knowledgeable about footwear they will do their best to accommodate you. Shout to Jamie he's a top lad super helpful fella

When I asked a member of staff to explain why someone would pay £90 for a pair of shoes that look similar to a pair I'd seen in Wynsor's for £15 she replied I don't know how wynsor's make their shoes, So I will spend £15 instead of the £90 for the shoes I liked

Generally speaking, you can't go wrong with Clarks shoes. The shops and staff always seem to be very good.

My wife and I had taken our daughter to Clark’s to get some new shoes as she was experiencing discomfort due to outgrowing her shoes. We had taken our daughter to Clark’s in the White rose shopping centre, and we had the pleasure of having Donna look after our daughter. My daughter tends to be apprehensive meeting new people and that made us slightly anxious prior to walking in. Donnas kind nature instantly put my daughter to ease. Donna had got her measured up in no time. We explained that our daughter was very active and needs a pair of shoes to last her through winter and her pre nursery school days. Donna had bought out a selection of shoes for The little madam to try or shall I say model after her little catwalk to the mirror and back 😂. We found the perfect pair in Pink which was nice and snug around her ankle and left her slight growth space at the front on the advice of Donna. I have always used Clark’s for both my children’s shoes and for good reason. The quality of the shoe is 💯 and the service has always been great. I wish all the best to Donna who really made my daughters day and We can’t thank her enough.

Went to look for boots or a nice pair of shoes there prices are way over the top not going to pay the price they are asking you can buy shoes at much lower price and as good in the shoes shops in the white rose so got a lovey pair else were

We come here all the time to have our daughters' feet measured. The staff here are great with the kids and they always have a great selection of shoes. I also like Clark's quality for children's shoes.

I wasn't happy me and wife walked in this store in Leeds. She wanted to purchase sandal as been pregnant women tend to want some good soft sandal to ease the pressure on they feet. So I bought these beautiful brown Sade leather. When it comes to shoes, or trainers I'm also looking for marks or if they been used and brought back, I notice that were few marks and the glue was peeling off. I said to cashier do you have any more. He the one who's following me around 😂 said last one in store. I replied Clarks is big brand there's never been shortage in sandals. He looked and was wondering what to say. He was charging me £79 I said they not worth it not in this stage. I'll leave it. He shouted in a little voice I'll give you 5%. I'll leave it. He asked he's manager he came back he said I'll give you 10% I said I'll leave it. I'll check on line so he said keep hush you can have them for FREE. I said that's stealing you should be ashamed that your giving me free stuff. I reported to his manager he's started shouting he's lying a couple were taking video's they RECORDED the lad said we heard it and it's on my phone. The manager came forward and she listened to the conversation he's face Hahaha karma also comes back. I won't be coming here now 😣
