Briĺliant customer service. Bought a universal bike rack years ago. Recently changed my car, make and model and didn't have a clue how to fit it. Drive down this afternoon and a member of staff helped me. Very friendly and polite. Thank you so much.

Went down thinking I would have to spend a couple of hundred quid on sorting out the sound System with regards to linking it from my phone. In the end after much advice they advised all I needed was a lead that cost me 6 pound. Quality service is selling you what you need I’m not selling you what they want to sell you. Excellent work.

Went in store to order stereo, very knowledgeable and helpful, also booked installation again, salesman very knowledgeable for our type of vehicle, and ordered the fitting kit. His words were don’t panic at the final price it’s all included in the fitting. Fitting day arrived nearly 4 weeks later and at the till they tried to charge us over £680 when we were quoted £410 all inclusive. Manager eventually agreed on the quoted price and work got underway, we’ll sort of. The fitter said that they needed a special lead which they didn’t have, once again tried to charge us for this, but in the end gave up. A new lead was ordered and a week later for the third time took our car in to have the stereo fitted. Within half an hour the fitter said they couldn’t get the lead to work, and they didn’t or couldn’t get the correct lead. Basically Halfords realised their mistake in the shortfall of the charges and kept fobbing us off because they didn’t want to loose £270. Poor poor after service! I will not be recommending Halfords to purchase and fit a stereo!

Amazing service this evening from this store. Ordered a headlight bulb online with fitting( well worth the money) arrived at a few minutes to seven, and left five minutes later, fitted and working, great attitude from the guy that served and then fitted bulb. Second time I’ve been here, last time for a battery change when I found the same positive atmosphere and service.

Great store and lovely staff in the bike department. Nas was really helpful and went the extra mile to transfer in a bike we wanted from another store. Free bike build Fantastic service.

Georgina, Damien and Jordan were amazing Superstars. We looked around for a Christmas present (Bike) for our 3yr old and we pretty much realised the bikes were pretty much there or there abouts the same...but we chose not to buy from the store we were in at the time (a different shop), we chose to come back due to Georginas attentive support, knowledge and overall fantastic service. Damien and Jordan were superb in sorting the after sales questions and issues I had with Halfords phone agents and made sure everything was perfect for us...i'd give them 10stars if I could. Amazing

I have had a great experience at Kirkstall halfords the staff very polite and helpful beyond belief, I would definitely use the store again and recommend the store to other people.
