No idea of how to manage client expectations. Most businesses will respond within 24 hours, even if it’s just to say ‘sorry, I’ve got a lot on but I’ll get back to you next week’, but you’ll be lucky if you get an email reply within 24 days, even when you chase them up. Reasonably priced but it’s like pulling teeth. Not a good way to retain clients.
