Had ears done today as could hardly hear out of one and now can hear great I would definitely recommend as she is first class and dose a professional job

I came across upon the services offered by The Hearing Lab after suffering from ears blocked with wax after being unable to cope with the long waiting times offered by my GP, to undergo the standard syringing. I contacted The Hearing Lab who were very sympathetic to my problem and responded immediately. An appointment was made almost instantly, leading to the blockage being resolved by their highly skilled team using their pain free, microsuction technology. I am a regular sufferer of ear blockages and would previously visit my GP for help. This would usually be at least two appointments over the space of several weeks, all while suffering the unbearable discomfort of blocked ears. The Hearing Lab is one phone call followed by an appointment soon after, which has always produced first class results. The service offered by The Hearing Lab is a fast, effective service, with very short waiting times. The technique used is completely pain free and is a much more efficient, alternative method to standard ear syringing, and nowhere near as uncomfortable. In fact, it can be quite relieving, the before and after pictures are always interesting! I am a regular user of The Hearing Lab, the team are fantastic and would highly recommend their fast, professional, and friendly service for clearing blocked ears.

I cannot possibly articulate how amazing the Ear Wax Specialist is. There aren’t enough stars in the sky let alone the 5 I have an option of giving on this review! Mr Karim is the epitome of an excellent clinical specialist, with a reassurance and expertise that you can’t put a price on. The clinic is plush and spotless, the treatment is painless and quick. I had a totally blocked ear for 3 days and within minutes I could hear again. I feel elated. Thank you so much, you deserve a knighthood to audiology services .....

My GP diagnosed ear wax as the cause of my hearing loss so I booked an appointment at the Ear Wax clinic in Sutton Coldfield. I am very happy with the treatment, done very professionally and quickly. I now have my hearing restored and am very grateful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. 5* in all respects, thank you. Joy Frost 10/8/2021

Audiologist from Walmley pharmacy didn't arrive when expected. Came 20 mins later post me calling him. Was here for 5 minutes maximum and said there was no wax to remove but wanted £60 payment for full service. He debated that he had visited my house but this was at his request as he had no room for us to visit. He said he can't give medical advice but then said he was charging for his medical advice! His advice was to visit our doctor! He insisted I had to pay so accepted £40 payment when I refused to pay the full price. Total RIP off!!!!

I visited the Holbeach clinic today in Lincolnshire. Brilliant professional friendly service for micro suction ear wax removal. No long waiting list. Would certainly recommend 👍

I called for a local appointment, however none available for a few days, but they called me back quickly & offered a same day appointment within 15 miles away, so i saw Mr Karim at Kings Heath on the same day, who was very polite, quick & professional, i would highly recommend this service to anyone with an ear wax issue. A very gentle & painless procedure.
