Excellent service from start to finish. The sales team were very professional and the information received was first class. The car was presented in fabulous condition and we would always recommend Inchcape Wirral to family and friends.

Love my new car! A salesman named Ben was really helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted and he was able to search to the database and give me loads of choice. Test driving and taking time to think is no trouble. I was able to come back the next day and drive away. Good prices, great service. They even put half a tank of petrol in it!!! Thankyou Inchcape.

Had previously given Inchcape five stars for a previous service, unfortunately, they had disconnected both car cams before moving the car from where it was parked and did not reconnect it on completion of the service. Question, what are they hiding on the service? Also, I was involved in an incident were the car cam footage would have been beneficial, it was not until I tried to retrieve the footage that I realised the cams had been disconnected at Inchcape. From booking the service to the service itself, which you get a video of the inspection and a breakdown of the health check of your car, to picking up a clean car was all good.
