The counter lady was very nice and kind. My little granddaughter wanted a new charm, but wasn’t sure which one. The lady was very Patient with her and didn’t rush her at all. Neither did she try to get her, to purchase the most expensive charm. She was very happy with her buy and I would definitely go again.

I was served by a lovely lady Olivia who helped me find the right gifts for my sisters and found me the best offers in the sale. Lovely bunch of girls

Terrible display of customer service at this store. Off-putting, impolite and apathetic manner during what was supposed to be a nice trip to purchase a charm. I have emailed Pandora directly, but would recommend avoiding this store if you do not want to be treated in an aggressive manner after making a simple request. I’ve been buying from Pandora for nearly ten years now and I’ve never experienced anything as dreadful as this.

Dreadful system. I had to queue for half an hour simply to return an item after spending hundreds of pounds. No exception was made even though I had my 4 week old and my wife waiting in the car after being picked up from hospital after my daughter was ill. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Sort your systems out. I expect more from a shop that simply peddles overpriced tat to teenagers.
