Absolutely shocking!! Arranged to view a property. After 15 minutes of waiting outside the property I phoned Zest to see where they were. I was advised that they do not have the keys to the property!! (why arrange a viewing in the first place then!). The lady I spoke to did not care that I was unhappy. I would be extremely unhappy if they were managing a property that I owned and treated potential tenants like that. I will never arrange to view a property with Zest Lets again.
