The agency is very good compared to previous ones I have been dealing with. I recently had to change the tenant and the contract and everything went well. It took quite a lot of time however Vaughn McArdle was very helpful and responsive.

Belvoir are always very helpful & respond very quickly to any enquiries made. We have found them to be very professional & are very happy with their services. Would definitely recommend.

I don't know how you managed to get 5 starts, removing bad comments maybe. Because for someone who came outside of UK to rent property, Belvoir couldn't help nor via emails nor via making viewing. Arrived at set time, and our appointment got cancelled without us receiving any calls of emails for confirmation. (Even tho they told that they tried to reach but no answer, which is lies). At second appointment (that we got by going straight to this place), the landlord haven't even showed up and we got nothing from trying to contact company. The moral of this is, don't waste time on them, the whole 5 star nonsense is clearly made with bots of some sort.

Our experience of Belvoir has been excellent. They have helped us with all aspects of our move and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property. Vaughan deserves special recognition for his friendly, helpful and professional manner. It was a pleasure to deal with Vaughan as he made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Karlaya Mae at the Liverpool branch was brilliant to work with. As Solicitors' we often deal with difficult situations and pressing lenders and it was great to have someone who was cool, calm and collective to work alongside. Always professional and provided great customer service. I look forward to working with her again and I would highly recommend their services!

I had my routine inspection recently and I must say I am very impressed with Michael’s friendliness and concern with any problems I may be experiencing. His inspection was quick and effective and not at all intrusive and he even managed to make me smile on a stressful day with his funny and social nature. We have recently let a property with Belvoir, and they have been the best agency we have letted with to date. Not only were they very prompt with replies, but they let us know what was going on with our application whenever possible. With our keys we received a ‘new home’ celebration card which I thought was an absolutely lovely touch. A big thank you to everyone in the office for your service so far :-)
