I rented from Moscrops of over 12 years. They were always thorough, helpful and timely. Any issues I had during my tenancy (which were very few and far between) were always dealt with rapidly and efficiently, even when it was not their responsibility. I shall miss them, and highly recommend them! :-)

I was with this Agency for nearly 2 years (tenant renting a flat) and I have been always very happy with services provided. Staff is friendly and professional and whenever I needed help they would react immediately. During my tenancy I only had one small emergency with a leak in a bathroom and this was sorted right away. Apart from that, flat was in excellent condition, as it was thoroughly checked by the Agency before I moved in. Moving out of the property was as stress-free as possible and 2 days after vacating the flat I had deposit back in my bank account. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was brilliant and even asked us if we liked the photos as he was taking them. Jan negotiated an extra £1,500 on the sale of our property, this really helped us.
