The building has great location. But very noisy at night due to the pubs on the side street & stati

The building has great location. But very noisy at night due to the pubs on the side street & station accross the street. The land lord plays with flat rent based on his mood and has no fixed price for all of them. Beds in the flats are old & not comfortable at all.
