One of the most horrific and incompetent lettings agents I have ever used. I have been a tenant for almost 10 years in various properties in Manchester, London and Liverpool and I have never, ever come across such an outrageously inept team. They genuinely made my experience of renting in Liverpool a nightmare. I imagine that they might be suitable for certain landlords who do not care about the experience of their tenants or the state of their property, but otherwise I cannot think of who would benefit from their 'services'. Perhaps the five star review from the landlord below falls into this category. Tenants and landlords, please beware.

Worst estate agent I have ever rented with. Chose them because they seemed nice during my viewing and were local, then as soon as the contract was signed they revealed my landlord didn't even live in the UK and they wouldn't be managing the property, instead I'd be dealing with a friend of the landlord. Loads of issues with the flat, it was absolutely filthy, the windows didn't open, living room was full of ladybirds (some alive, some dead), the front door didn't meet safety regulations and the whole building had no safe fire exit which I had to call environmental health to get fixed, I found out I was responsible for an overseas landlord tax that they didn't both to tell me about, promised access to communal parking that wasn't the case, and that's all just in the first two weeks of being there! The landlord was unreachable and their 'friend' was completely useless dealing with any issues always saying the landlord wasn't available and it was all up to him, Park didn't want to know about any of it and wouldn't speak to me, just took their money and left me to deal with all the problems. I've never had so many problems with one property or such a bad estate agent. I would never ever rent with them again.

I have just bought my first home with Park Estates and cannot recommend them highly enough. As a first time buyer on my own I had some terrible experiences with other agents and I had just about given up but then I viewed a property with Park Estates, from the viewing to getting the keys the process was smooth quick and such a lovely experience, Dominique was so responsive and friendly, it made such a difference dealing with an honest local business, they went out of their way to keep me informed and were there with a smile when I got to collect my keys. I would recommend Park estates to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home, Thank you!

Me and my husband had a viewing with this agency for 1 of the flats. The agent Dominique was 15 minutes late and was persistent in trying to finish our viewing as quickly as possible. For example, the agent hurried me into the apartment and failed to wait for my husband to follow. She was rude and not professional. She also said to us that property already had 2 offers, but noone told us about it before thr viewing. If we knew someone already applied for this flat a few days before and its about to be taken, we would not waste our time. Avoid this agency.

Renting the place was so quick and easy I wish I had the same experience in my later renting experiences. Dominique was even able to allow me and my flatmate to move in earlier than planned, sparing us both extra nights in the hotel. 100% would recommend!

Very friendly helpful staff

Messaged this place twice regarding letting in Liverpool and never got a reply. If I was a landlord this would be the last place I would use to market a potential let. Turning money away.
